1st Weekend: Roast Beed w. Yorkshire pudding, brussel sprouts, red wine sauce &
duck fat roast potatoes.
2nd Weekend: Roast Lamb Leg w. savoy cabbage, buttered mash, mint salsa verde & lamb
3th Weekend: Roast Pork Shoulder w. leeks, grapes, kiphler potatoes, grain mustard & hazelnuts
4rd Weekend: Roast Chicken w. parsnips, pearl barley, sage, chestnuts & Dijon mustard
5th Weekend (if applicable): Slow Roast Duck Leg w. pumpkin, scallop potato & spiced pears
