Cook, author, and farmer, Annie Smithers of du Fermier, will return to our Port Phillip Bay shores and join Group Executive Chef, Dave Marshall, for two inspired evenings of classic French farmhouse cuisine.
It’s honest food, cooked to rosy perfection – slow food, minus the swagger. Guests of the evening will be treated to a four-course menu designed by Annie Smithers. Each dish will be paired with wines from Nagambie’s Mitchelton Wines.
